Numerous attempts to contact Customer Service by email have not helped as they haven't answered at all. Trying to look up status of order on the website is impossible as it asks for a "Customer Number" which I do not have, even after registering as requested by the website. They got your credit card number, your address and phone number, cancel your order as "not available" and start to bombard you with advertising phone calls, magazines, credit card offers and charge your credit card for "previlege pass" membership $19.95/month !
